Our Class

Renwick 2 is a class of 26 Year 1 students. The classroom is situated in the old historic Renwick House on the grounds of Nelson Central School. There are 21 girls and 5 boys in this class and their teacher is Dianne.

Water
The future starts now!
Yesterday we discussed all we knew about water. We know heaps!
- water can be clean
- water can be dirty
- water is good to drink
- water can be cold as ice
- water can be hot
- water is wet
- water can be shallow
- water can be smelly
- water can be dangerous
- water can be salty
- water can be fun
- water can have fish in it
- water is good for swimming
- water can be angry
- water can be fresh
- water can be wavy
- water can be calm
- water can be green, browm or blue
- boats float on water.

I am very impressed with what you know about water. That is a very important topic. Some people say that water is disappearing from some places. I wonder where it is going. Can you imagine what it would be like without water?
